Booking and Reservation Policies
  1. To book the apartment,a reservation request must be  made through the booking platform. A 50% advance payment is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due upon check-in.
Payment Terms
  1. To secure your reservations, we require payment confirmation through bank transactions. .Payment of bills using a card through the point of sale machine (POS) machine when present in person is also available.

It is crucial to emphasize that physical cash/cheques as a form of payment is not accepted to ensure a secure and convenient check-in experience.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
  1. Cancellations made between 48 to 72 hours  prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, and cancellations less than 12 hours prior to check-in will not be refunded.

 

Check-in and Check-out Procedures
  1. Early check-in is offered based on availability. If you require a guaranteed check- in for arrival prior to 12pm then pre-registration and payments will be required.
  2. Guests must present a valid ID  and  sign any necessary paperwork upon arrival.
  3. Check out is at 12:00pm. An additional day charge may apply for late checkouts. Guests are also required to return any keys or access cards provided at check-in. 

Guests are required to pay a refundable caution fee upon check-in. This fee acts as a security deposit and will be refundable within 24 hours following check-out, provided there are no damages to the apartment.

Property Rules and Regulation

 For the different apartment units, kindly note the following unit accommodation limits:

  • One-Bedroom apartment: Maximum of 3 guests
  • Two-Bedroom apartment: Maximum of 6 guests
  1. Smoking is strictly prohibited,pets are not allowed,and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors.
